These Terms govern the use of Chico IA, a social media analytics application.
Chico IA connects to social media platforms, including TikTok, only after an account holder authorizes access. It organizes and analyzes account, video, and content-performance information made available through authorized platform APIs.
Users may connect only accounts they own or are authorized to manage and must comply with connected-platform policies.
Access depends on third-party APIs, permissions, availability, and policies. Chico IA cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
These Terms may be updated as the application or platform requirements change.
